• Orders are only processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Italy).

• Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Typically, delivery will take between 7 to 14 business days.

  Please note that:

  • International orders may be subject to delays due to customs processing, and we cannot control shipping delays once the package leaves our warehouse.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the country of destination and the shipping carrier.

3. Tracking Information

• All orders are shipped with a tracked shipping service so you can monitor your order’s journey every step of the way.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online.

4. Shipping Destinations

• We ship worldwide to most countries. If you don’t see your country listed at checkout, please feel free to contact us, and we will help you out.

5. Free Shipping

• We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders, no minimum required. This applies to both domestic and international orders.

6. Order Fulfillment Time

• We aim to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. The average fulfillment time is 1 to 2 business days, after which your order will be shipped out.

7. Customs & Duties

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country's customs office. The customer is responsible for paying these charges.
• UnCappy is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

• UnCappy is not responsible for any lost or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier. However, if your tracking number shows that your package has not been delivered, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

9. Change of Shipping Address

• If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at uncappy@outlook.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
